Tomlinson Displays Good Taste, Passes on Vikes.

Displaying the class we've come to expect from him, LaDainian Tomlinson opted to sign with the Jets, snubbing Minnesota as any decent person would. He signed a two year deal and will serve as a back-up to Shonn Greene. He is expected to be a new target to whom Mark Sanchez can throw weak-armed, ill-advised incomplete passes. With this signing, the versatile back has kept himself on many Bears fans' "players I respect" list, and off of their "players I use to respect and now despise" list.

They have an awesome run-blocking line...

Greene & LT will have a good year together.

Anyone see that the Jets

Are possibly going after Brandon Marshall as well? Add him to an already decent offense with a year under Sanchez’s belt, adding Cromartie to that defense, and the Jets are becoming scary good.

I'm really a fan of that

and what Rex Ryan has done for the Jets (minus dumping TJ) but watching them play is awfully fun.

Love your sarcastic-laden post

He’s in full denial mode about his decline, and so picking the Jets over the Queens makes a ton of sense. Unfortunately, I think the Queens are better off without him. Drafting a young, motivated, versatile RB is better business at this point.

Exactly

what I think Ian Johnson could be. Last I checked, he’s on their Practice Squad.

I don't know

He had a lack of production towards the end of his college career

I think they would have been better off

keeping Taylor, but I’m damn glad they didn’t. Unfortunately I agree with you about LT. I was really hoping to see him bounce back this past season.
