is the big news from the league regarding some new ot rules? i should pay more attention but lately i’m glad just to get any monitor tanning time.
It was a long time ago
but I seem to remember that it is a long haul from the airport to the city. I suspect he was worried about missing his next flight if did any sightseeing.

Best from Team Report
The Bears have changed starting safeties 41 times since Lovie Smith was hired as head coach in 2004.
Wow just wow
That's more than starting QBs we've seen right?
Sparta??? This...is... BEARS MADNESS!!!!!!!

No Chance for Otogwe?
Then we should take good hard look at Deon Grant.
"Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it." - Mark Twain
Deon Grant is a strong safety
we don’t need more of those.

I don't agree
Payne showed that he can man that position, as well as Afalava.
You can't see California without Marlon Brando's eyes.

The Bears should
trade next years 1st and this years 3rd to move up in the 1st round and get Eric Berry by any means necessary…..He has speed, good tackler, ball hawk and will be our Safety for years…It would be nice to have an Ed Reed Troy P type of player back there
Kobe isnt good....He's just better than your favorite player
As much as i'd love to have Berry
I think jettisoning more draft picks is the farthest thing from “the answer” that we could posisbly do.
In the even that the leaders on this team figure out how to have a good draft(see: 2000) the ramifications of new players is so much more than not having those picks to develop and play for a long time.
combining youth, enthusiasm, and ability is something that only that draft can do.

I was throwing it out there
I really dont want to give up any picks but if they had a chance to get Berry without giving up everything I would definitely consider it…It would be nice for someone to take Manning and give us a 2nd round pick. THAT would give us an opportunity to take 2 quality players and fill need spots.
Kobe isnt good....He's just better than your favorite player
Wonder if the Bears are interested in Vernon Gholston
next year, or maybe even this year somehow, with the Jets, guy was like 6th over all and is only 23. floundering as a converted LB in the NFL, but was a monster in college with his hand on the ground.
You will come back stronger then ever. Like Lance Armstrong. But with two balls. -Ari Gold
