Bear Down, y'all!  Thanks for checking out my posts about my NFL Draft experience this week.  I really hope ya liked it.

There's one more part of that story that I feel like I gotta share with you: the theme song I chose for myself for the moment I got drafted.

I always told myself that the moment I got drafted I was gonna play one particular song to celebrate having finally "made it."  Well, that song was "Juicy," by Notorious B.I.G.  I'm sure many of you have heard it before.

Maaaan, I just remember - after I got drafted by the Bears and everything had settled down - I popped "Juicy" on my stereo system, turned it up as loud as it could go, and my family and I got together and enjoyed the moment.  I'll never forget it.

For me, I always loved that song, and wanted to make sure that if I made it to the NFL I was going to take a moment to reflect on the struggles of my past and appreciate how far I had come to get to where I was at.  Personally, I think it perfectly tells the story of what feels like to reminisce on what it's like to fulfill a dream, and that's why I chose to drop "Juicy" in my CD player and just let it blaaaaaast...
