...wishing Alex Brown the best of luck with his new opportunity.

Alex Brown found a home in New Orleans, and should fit in quite well there.

Pete Prisco does a quick run down of team needs.

Briggs says the Bears still need to add a veteran safety to the roster.

Terrific story on Israel Idonije, and his trip to Nigeria.  Don't miss this one.

Lovie says that Bulger could help every team.

Another DII prospect visiting the team... sounds intriguing.

Dan Pompei takes a look at the top QBs for this year's draft.

Seifert talks about Dez Clark's future in Chicago... will he be a Bear in 2010?

Just not a fan of the "damaged goods" draft pick.

… Especially a CB in the Bears C2 system.

That requires for him to be an excellent tackler as the ball carrier is shifted towards the sidelines and the CB becomes the “end of the road” defender and must be able to make solid tackles (as Tillman was able to be at one time; bad shoulders have limited his ability IMO).

Having one shoulder surgery/injury already just doesn’t pass the “whiff test” in my opinion.

They need to trade Dez

I love him and he’s always been a hard worker, but there just isn’t room for him on this team anymore. Unfortunately, other teams realize this and may just wait for him to be released rather than trading for him.
