Is Goodell going to ride the bus with Madden?
Or fly to each destination and wait for him?
If I did what I love for a living, what would I do in my free time?

Who will be the BIGGEST name to NOT make the Bears 53-man roster?
Odds on favorites are:
Desmond Clark 3-1
Rashied Davis 5-1
Al Afalava 5-1
… But, I would probably go with Desmond Clark because of the number of TEs on roster, the fact that 3 of the CURRENT 4 [on roster] will not be asked to play special teams, and that Kellen Davis is younger with more contract.
I also can see Al Afalava, but I would think that would be based upon how the receivers depth chart pans out.

don’t know that Afalava is a big name, to not make the roster, but I think at this point he’s buried on the roster, and probably doesn’t make it. good backup, but not much more

what if it comes down to RDavis or Afalava for the last spot?
I always turn to the sports section first. The sports page records people's accomplishments; the front page has nothing but man's failures.

Excellent question.
I wanna say Davis for ST’s leadership and experienced WR depth, but AA is young and showed some promise last year. Tough call.

Kellen Davis?
Another in the string of … “looks great, but can he play” projects, this Front office is famous for collecting.
If putting points on the board in the NFL consisted of putting salad oil on your body and doing some bicep flexes, then Kellen is definately on my fantasy team!
BUT, he has hands of stone, couldn’t block a nose-bleed and the play book still is an ongoing mystery to him.

Other than that, … Go Bears!

Hmmm...
BUT, he has hands of stone, couldn’t block a nose-bleed and the play book still is an ongoing mystery to him.
Where do you get your information?
Hands of stone?
Maybe you remember his one-handed catch in the back of the endzone in last year’s preseason? It was a helluva grab. Do you have something in mind to back up the “hands of stone” claim?
Fair enough.
I just haven’t seen him much in regular season games. But at that time I definitely remember being impressed with the grab.
I've been critical of his blocking
but he has made strides since his rookie year

If he can't cut it as a tight end why not develop him as a DE? He played both in college.
After all, JA is always stockpiling defensive linemen.
It's got to be Clark
Even though they paid him a roster bonus, I think he’s the one that gets caught up in the numbers game. Maybe they can trade him for a late pick.

53-man roster cut
It won’t be Desmond Clark….just too valuable. Rashied & Afalava can play ST.
