Seattle Seahawks @ Chicago Bears | Lakefront Domination!

HAHAHAHA! OH. MY. GOODNESS!!! This might be the biggest sporting event ever played in Chicago -- WOW.
You’ve got yourself the NFC North Champion, Chicago Bears, getting ready to face-off against the Green Bay Packers. The winner gets to hold up the Halas Trophy, as well as a chance to hoist the Lombardi Trophy.
It doesn’t get any bigger than this.
I think there’s been 180 regular season meetings between these two rivals in the entire history of the NFL, but this will only be the second time they’ve squared off in the postseason (I think the last time this happened was in 1941). This is just unbelievable -- I can’t believe it -- I’m beyond geeked.
That was a huge win we just had against Seattle. All of us were focused and wanted to lock down the win early, and we did just that. We can thank our offense for helping us dominate the game, because they came out hard and fast with a ton of points.
Defensively, I thought we started off great. We made them punt on their first 8 possessions, which is huuuuuge. As far as their running game goes, we eliminated it, just as I said we needed to. By halftime, the game was 21 to nuthin’ and we were feelin’ juuuust fine.
I can’t say enough about the job Peanut Tillman did on Mike Williams. He held him to only four catches, which is huge when you take into consideration how big of a day he had against us last time (I think he had - like - 10 catches, for 120 yards, or sumthin’).
Special teams also deserves some recognition, because they took care of things with authority. I know Devin gets the most recognition, but - IMO - that Corey Graham is the unsung hero of the special teams. He definitely showed everyone, yet again, why he should be a Pro Bowler.
I’ve been telling you all season how confident I am in this team - You believe me now? (Haha) We have a great bunch of guys on this team who are one game away -- one win away -- 60 MINUTES AWAY from playing in SUPER BOWL XLV! This is for aaaaaall the marbles, people! I mean, if you were a Hollywood writer, I don’t think you could’ve scripted this season any better than it’s panned out on its own.
So you’ve got the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers playing this Sunday at Soldier Field for the Halas Trophy -- Let’s GET IT!!!

In no way shape or form will it be ok
that we don’t win this game. Can’t give the Packers the Halas trophy in our house. The shame would be too great. Everyone has to play like their lives depend on it. Win the game.

Agreed
Agreed! We have to win this game! Having to watch the Packers take the trophy on to the Superbowl on our own home turf would be worse than being forced to watch Rex Ryan and Bill Belichick mud wrestle naked. CAN’T. LET. IT. HAPPEN!
A Bears fan, a Packers fan & a Seahawks fan are climbing a mountain and arguing about who loves his team more. The Seahawks fan insists that he is the most loyal. "This is for the Seahawks!" He yells, and jumps off the side of the mountain. Not to be outdone, the Bears fan is next to profess his love for his team. He yells, "this is for the Bears!" And pushes the Packers fan off the mountain...
You guys beat the packers and you'll be in two superbowls this year..
That Packers game is just as big, if not bigger. I hope you crush them in epic ways.

Great work...
It’s exactly what we asked for and you guys delivered the domination! Only 2 more wins! Now it’s time to rid us of the OVERRATED Packers!

I'm glad you're beyond geeked.
Because, lets face it, we are too. Biggest game of most of our lives. I’d venture to say this is bigger than Superbowl XLI…
Close it out, take home the trophies. Got faith in you boys.
Five foot three seems to thrive on his misery...
Everyone (Vegas included), is picking the Packers this weekend
Which seems to be the way its been all season long. ;-)
I heard one radio personality say he’d put ten grand on the Packers. LMAO!!!
I’m very much looking forward to Sunday.
Bear Down sir, Bear Down!!!
I heard one person pick the bears this weekend.
Derrick Brooks. He said we have the defense to defeat Rodgers and company. Lets Do huh.
And to be fair, Waddle picked the Bears too.
Though I wasn’t surprised that he did. You know, former Bear & Chicago resident and all…
Ditka picked the Bears on Waddle and Silvy today.
That’s equals at least 300,000 non-Ditka votes.

That would have been
Colin Cowherd yesterday. I heard him say that he hardly ever bets but this is one of the only sure things he has seen in sports, and if he had $10,000 he would go all in on the Packers.

I'm glad he isn't betting real money....
He’s in for disappointment
