SHEED Mic'd Up For The Packers Game
Rashied Davis Mic'd up for the Packers game
Something stood out to me at around 1.20, see for yourself after the jump
link pops like corn (of the popping variety)
As you can see, he was playing Defense. Also, if you watched the whole video, you may have noticed players joking around and such. They didn't seem to be taking anything seriously at all. Overall, I think there is no need to worry about this performance (if some people are) and I have a sneaking suspicion that DA BEARS were not trying. If we see the Packers again in the NFC championship game, I see a big win for DA BEARS.
PS. Sorry if this should have been a fanshot.

I don't think he was playing defense...
I’m pretty sure he was playing special teams. He said “defense stay in” and also “‘lach, I’ve got 55” I’m not positive, but I don’t think 55 is a number for an offensive player on GB. So, unless Davis was playing D and a defensive player was playing offense for GB at the same time, ST seems the likeliest of the scenarios.
As far as the joking around goes, I’ve noticed a fair bit of joking going on (through the Mic’d up segments) throughout the entire season. I don’t think football players are 100% intense for the entirety of every game.

Anyone else wonder...
why of all the Chicago Bears that were active for week 17, they chose Rashied Davis to stick a mic on?
If you go in the bathroom, turn off the lights, and say "Da Coach" 5 times while facing the mirror... Ditka will appear and slap the wussy right out of you.
