Here's a tidbit from me. Pick up Tim Tebow, but don't start him this week, the Broncos are on a bye. Genius!

Forte, Fred Jackson, Ray Rice
Which two do I start? Standard 8 man 1 DST roster, no PPR.

Hah
Yeah, how do you get all three of those? Start Fred Jackson and do a coin flip, you’ll be fine!
I actually drafted Forte, Rice and Marion Barber as a handcuff. I dropped Barber following his preseason injury and picked up Jackson- Lucky me
To bad my WR’s are average at best. Its pretty bad when Dieon Branch is your highest scoring WR

you should probably flip one of the RBs
for a WR and probably a decent `backup RB

I want to and have tried but everyone keeps lowballin me
For example I’ve been offered BG-E and Percy Harvin for Fred Jackson. Also Shonn Greene and Jeremy Maclin for Rice. I guess the Maclin trade wouldn’t have been terrible but still.

When injuries and production wanes in a few weeks they should start getting serious

Jackson was on waivers?
That seems crazy. He was a 6th round pick in most leagues.
Oh ya, and I had Cedric Benson as well. Traded him straight up for Santonio Holmes

There isn't a wrong answer
I’d say Rice and Jackson. But all three should be great. All three are easily RB1.
I'm all on the Forte and Rice train.
Forte is like a guaranteed 6-10 yardage points, bare minimum, in most leagues. Ray Rice is beasting like crazy.
Percy Harvin and Mario Manningham
I own both, but going forward, do you see any upside for these guys? McNabb hasn’t been doing all that well and Manningham’s way underperforming…
I feel like Harvin is a better football player than fantasy football value
But it seems like he’s just not going to have monster games.
Manningham is in a pass-happy offense (Manning regularly throws for around 4000 yards), and Hakeem Nicks is injury prone. I feel like Manningham’s value spikes when Nicks gets hurt, but he struggles when both are healthy.
I’m not sure I’d give up on either guy, but they’d be bench guys until life is shown. Disappointing, because you probably had to use upper-mid-round draft picks on them.
I'm pretty
Set with my 2 rbs and top 2 wr but I’ve been bouncing around with my flex and third receiver and this week I have kevin Walter and Johnny Knox starting. Do you have any wr\rb sleepers for this week? Its a .5 ppr league
More like Gabe Cadreamy <3

I dunno about Knox...
I can’t imagine Jay will have much more time in the pocket this week than he did last week, and Knox only got two targets in the Lions game. There’s at least four guys Jay’s looking to first when under pressure, I’d argue. Unless you’re in a big league there’s gotta be someone better out there.
Walter’s not a bad play with Andre stlil out.
I’m taking a chance on Greg Little this week since he just earned a start and they are up against the Raiders, who haven’t been stellar against the pass.
Knox is about to show u all up sooo bad
remember the last few times we’ve played the vikes? particularly last year?
100 yds + TD aint outta question…
Nothing's out of the question
it’s just that his value seems to be all resting on one big play. And right now, Cutler just isn’t getting enough time to convert that one big play.

Go with Hillis
D-Will`s only had one good game, and Blounts injured. Plus Browns said they were gonna get him more involved.
If its free, take two.

Blount is out 4-6 weeks with a knee injury
And he’s killing me.

4-6 weeks?
I heard just this week. Good thing Earnest Graham is on my bench.

Who to start this week? Ballard or Keller

Hillis or Bradshaw?
ups and downs with each guy this week. I don’t buy the whole strep throat/contract is messing up hillis’ play on the field.
Bradshaw
He’s got a juicy matchup and won’t have Jacobs stealing from him.

MJD or Ced Ben?
.5 ppr league. The Colts finally look awful again in rushing D, so I’m debating whether to bench MJD or not.
Starks or Law Firm in std league.

But honestly
MJD is the only weapon they got. Can’t go wrong with either imo

Oompa Loompa, without a doubt.
Bunson does not have quality days. He has quantity days. And I get the feeling he won’t have a quantity day. Plus, he doesn’t catch passes. MJD all day long.
Benson actually does have a few quality days this year
19 for 104 against Buffalo and 25 for 121 and a TD against Cleveland. He has a reasonable shot at a big day for him against Indy’s run defense.
That said, I’d play it safer and go with MJD, especially in a PPR league. He’s the better player, he has a larger share of his team’s offense, Pittsburgh has looked mortal this year, and he’ll actually catch passes.

Hillis or Steven Jackson?
Jackson vs the “Packers Sucks” Or Hillis vs Oakland

I'd go Hillis
The Rams will likely be playing from behind most of the day (meaning fewer runs) and Branch isn’t a good enough option at WR to play ahead of a starting RB.
by SouthernCub on Oct 16, 2011 11:14 AM CDT up reply actions
Probably HIllis.
S-Jax is kinda in my doghouse until he posts a 4.0 YPC on 15 carries day. And Branch is a boom/bust candidate this year…
