Well the Bears beat up and embarrassed the lowly Vikings, probably ending McNabbs stating career, and now the get to take a trip across the pond to merry old England to play the Buccaneers, I hope the trip doesn't have a negative effect on them, and I don't think it will. I see Matt Forte having a big day, and rushing towards a bigger paycheck. I don't see Robbie Gould surpassing Walter Payton on the leading scorer list this week, but most likely against Philly. Now onto the menu, this Sunday I'm making some Pork Tenderloin, that I'm marinating in  Mojo Criollo, if you haven't tried this stuff I highly recommend it, it's made by Goya, and is excellent on poultry or pork, I'm gonna smoke the tenderloin, and I'm also gonna make some potato pancakes, and some acorn squash for the sides. I plan on having a few cold ones, and since the Mojo Criollo is citrus based, I might go with some Land Shark Beer.
