My Wembley game experience

Wembly

I attended the Wembley game, Bears v Bucs, and it was a great experience. Not only for the vital win, but the opportunity to achieve a Chicago away game. This win put the Bears back on track towards play-offs. More after the jump.

I wore a Chicago Bears Eighties varsity jacket, that attracted a lot of attention.I was asked a number of times, by a lot of American Bear fans if it was for sale.I did not know it was that valuable, and after reflection, I don't think I could part with it. ( I am going to look after it a lot more and treat it with more respect ). Underneath the jacket, I had on a Richard Dent Throwback gameday jersey. With the man himself attending the event, I with a lot of patience, managed to get this signed by him. Also in attendance for the Bears, was another legendary player Otis Wilson, who could ask for anything more. Wow 2 great Chicago defensive players from the 4-6.. Under the jersey I wore a DA BEARS t-shirt.You would have thought, this was a home game for Chicago, by the number of navy and orange jersey,s worn on the day. I really enjoyed this event, and hopefully I get the pleasure of being able to get more Chicago Bear games under my belt.I will be putting the jersey in a frame, and hanging it on the wall next to my other framed Bear items,in my upstairs den.
