Fantasy Football Q&A
It's that time again! Fantasy Footballers drop your questions in the comment thread and one or more of the fine Windy City Gridiron members will do their best to answer your query. This week all 32 teams will be in action (no byes) and how about that sweet game yesterday on Thursday Night Football between the Chargers and the Raiders. The Bears will play both those teams in the coming weeks.
Here's my scorching hot fantasy tip of the week. Play the Rams Steven Jackson if you got him! He's been on a roll lately and he's facing a bad Browns run D. This fantasy stuff is easy...

I'd go Bears
With no running game, the Lions are going to be one-dimensional, and Hester can break one against their special teams
If its free, take two.
Bears D, Giants D, or Bills D..
I agree with below.. Bears D is best choice.. BUT, maybe take a flyer on MIA D this week.. John Beck and no real running game.. Just a thought..
On the flip side.. WASH D is also a prime D this week, although Matt Moore is settling in.. yeah I said it.

In another league
I’ve had M. Bush start the past two weeks, and he is kicking butt.
If its free, take two.

bench ur D's...they might get negative points
against a pissed off Brady and a hungry Brees
if u want to pick, go Jets. at least they have shown they can play defense.
receivers?…go Jones. though Boldin probably will get respectable stats
Boldin or Jones
Personally, I say Boldin.. If you take away the BIG TD Julio Jones had last week.. you would have had 4-5 points in a non PPR league.. Flacco appears to have turned the corner, and you should be good to have 12 or so points from Boldin.. non PPR
In regards to the D .. I would go Jets.. New Orleans is looking to make a statement, and ATL has been soft to the big plays..
Jets always bring more against the Pats due to the hatred.
Hope that helps

Thanks - that was the way I was leaning for both decisions
But wanted to see what others thought
If its free, take two.
WR's: Earl, Antonio Brown, Cribbs, or Washington?
Non-PPR league, I can start two of them.
"No I'm not going to 'limber up'. You ever see a lion stretching before it takes down a gazelle?"
earl, brown, cribbs, or washington
Overall, i am a fan of Nate Washington.. he has been fairly consistent with Britt being out.
If you get return yards, as well as receiving yards, I vote Antonio Brown.. Emmanuel Sanders had a passing in his family .. so he is out.. Hines Ward is a ghost of his former self.

Play Antonio Brown
Other than that I just don’t like Nate Washington, but that may be more to the fact that when I put him in he never seems to do as well.
Of the other 3, who else would you start?
"No I'm not going to 'limber up'. You ever see a lion stretching before it takes down a gazelle?"
WRs: Earl, T. Smith, P.Garcon
PPR, need 1 since Miles Austin is out. Leaning toward Earl since it’s PPR and well….Bears!

Garcon
also has the most targets so far. To put it in perspective T. Smith has 43 targets and Garcon has 40 catches.
http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/player/_/stat/receiving/sort/receivingTargets
Earl, T. Smith, Garcon
Personally, Garcon has 40 receptions on the year.. IND is usually fighting from behind, so his odds are good for a big play.
Earl is a safe bet, but the Martz system leads to a huge lack of consistency.

WR
0.5 PPR return yardage league
Pick Three – Devin Hester, Percy Harvin, Joshua Cribbs, Dwayne Bowe
Hester, Cribbs and Bowe
Although monitor Hester’s status, I read on twitter he was doubtful now for Sunday.
"No I'm not going to 'limber up'. You ever see a lion stretching before it takes down a gazelle?"
Sorry, questionable, not doubtful.
"No I'm not going to 'limber up'. You ever see a lion stretching before it takes down a gazelle?"
I hope so.
We need all of our weapons Sunday. Field position is going to be a big part of the game and we all know what Hester can do to the field position battle.
"No I'm not going to 'limber up'. You ever see a lion stretching before it takes down a gazelle?"
Who to go with on the Wr/RB spot
Steve Johnson,Boldin, Benson, or Beanie Wells
