LMAO.
Well done sir.
Someone once called Mr. T, Mr. Coffee...his body was found in a dumpster shortly after.
Haha!
Excellent work today!
And I was thinking that yesterday’s play where Peppers just clotheslined Megatron, that reminded me of Grimlock lol.
Jay Cutler is our QB, and I for one am proud of that

Awesome!
We finally have our Optimus Prime

I appreciate the subtle change in shade
of Optimus’ red to a more Bears-like orange.

That's it.
From now on I’m calling him ‘Peanutimus’.

Sounds
like a porn name.

Would you say that Johnson is getting choked?

Tillman sure handled Johnson last night!

I almost took pleasure in seeing Johnson get smacked around.

This is the first OSS I'm gonna give a Thumbs Down to.
Peanut is not, and never will be, Optimus Prime. That is reserved solely for Brian Urlacher. Dunno whose role to place Peanut in. If you’re willing to go into Beast Wars territory, I’d say Rattrap. Or possibly Tigatron.

Seemed fitting!

Tillman could make a case for Rodimus Prime, though

Peanut could be Ultra Magnus.
"No I'm not going to 'limber up'. You ever see a lion stretching before it takes down a gazelle?"
Haha
Every time I hear Rattrap mentioned, I can imagine him scurrying away, hiding behind or underneath something, and saying “maximize” in that ratty voice.

"Megatron must be stopped, no matter the cost."
Cue Stan Bush’s “The Touch”
"You have a young group and if they start feeling too good about themselves, that’s not a good thing. So it’s my job not to let them. So probably they will hate me. But that’s OK too. My wife hates me and she’s still married to me." - Mike Tice
Fantastic , but he is actually Bumblebee. Nevertheless well done sir.

I thought Earl Bennett was Bumblebee?

Indeed, and Forte is Jazz.

Go and read PoD's response to Dane's topic over there.
Imma laughing my head off right now.
You'd think they could handle losing ugly a lot better, given their history.
Reactions like that make it no small wonder that I only liked football after I moved to Chicago.

Whatever
Let em think what they want. It was hilarious to see one of them complaining about Dane’s post being insecure, when they themselves are showing their insecurity issues by overreaching and reading into Dane’s comments too hard. Guess it comes with the decade on incompetence.
That team is still on the up and up, and they will get better as time goes along. That fanbase got used to winning too fast, and once the team slipped up a bit, they just couldn’t handle it. Can’t say I blame em’. I still remember going through the highs of the 2001, when I fully started understanding football, and than being crazy depressed next couple years as the Bears took a dive. Rooting for a team is an emotional investment, and you gotta go through a lot of years of crap. You’d think Lions fans would know that as much as anyone else.

We've reacted the same way to similar posts on our site.
It’s really not that uncommon. I could definitely see how it was taken as a snarky condescending post, even if the intentions were good.

I have to say this picture is a little inaccurate
There isn’t enough wind in the picture.
Bears. Bulls. White Sox.
I am apparently the only one on this site who has little idea of what your speak.

Transformers has been around for a while
I know a bunch of people in there 40s and even 50s that are huge fans of the show

No.
Peppers is Dinobot. The turncoat former Predicon that becomes a Maximal and eventually ends the Beast Wars in the Maximal’s favor.
Grimlock!

Ugh Beast Wars...
Gen1 will forever be the only thing I consider “Transformers.”
And don’t even get me started on Bayformers.
You guys are dorks!
And I like it!

I hope I'm not the only one...
constantly making the transforming sound in my head as i’m reading through this thread.

Just North of Wrigley Field
I've always thought of Peanut as Sam Witwicky.
You know. The kid Shia Labeouf (sp?) played in the Dreamworks TF movies who killed Megatron in the 1st.
But I do agree w/ Doshi in 1 respect: when using TF metaphors, Urlacher seems to be the perfect Optimus.
