PROS

This gives us a chance to grow as an offense and a team. Without Cutty to shoulder the offense, this team will have to develop other shoulders to carry the burden.

We get to see if Caleb can get it done. If Martz will do the right thing instead of the big dumb jerk thing. Recievers will need show up and make the tough catches.

The O-line will feel the pressure and need to step it up again. They lost a consistant starter, and will have to protect longer and run into larger fronts. 

Jay will come back to a team hardened by adversity and better at helping their quarterback win. If Caleb does well there may be that competition motivation I keep hearing about. Jay has fresh legs and a rested arm.

If things go well, we will have some rough times that simply make us stronger. I'm excited to see how the team rebounds from this challenge. 

Just a few negatives,

Not sure how this is good for the Defense... maybe it gives the safeties more reps before green bay and the playoffs?

You don't know how much you're gonna miss an automatic long snapper till he's gone. needless to say, we're gonna find out. and probably at an important time cause that's every special teams play.
