Why the Bears are Better When its Pure Chaos.
When Jay Cutler was healthy The Bears offense has been amazing in its own form. When the Offensive Line Crumpled Jay Cutler some how squeezed and stumbled around and the ball somehow always ended up in one of his receivers hands. In my Opinion the Bears are better when Jay Cutler is back there running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Remember when Jay Cutler had stumbled around and fell to the ground and got right back up and pitched the ball to Marion Barber? That was pure chaos and that's a perfect explanation why they are better when things look bad. When the Bears are Terrible its when There's no TE blocking, The Receivers are doing long Confusing Routes, and Jay Cutler Stays inside the Pocket. There are only 3 Things that the Bears Offense needs to become Super Bowl Capable. Signing a new Guard that isn't fragile(Chris Williams is Really Fragile), a New Younger Center, & Signing a Big Name Receiver.
The Bears also have to work on Johnny Knox. Knox stumbles way to much and that stumbling also caused the Interception in the Chargers game that lead to Jay Cutler getting hurt. The Bears only have Two True Wide Receivers in Earl Bennett and Roy Williams. I love Dane Sanzenbacher but he needs a little bit more time to become a true Wide Receiver, Devin Hester has speed and can get away from the Guy that's covering him but cant run routes that are more then a straight line and a turn, Johnny Knox just cant run Routes that are more then a Straight Line without Falling.
The Bears have came along way since the past 3 years when there Throwing game was just a Joke. Since Greg Olsen left I thought this year was gonna be even worse for the Offense but it turns out when Jay Cutler was around the Offense was just as productive as the Defense and sometimes even more Productive.

Re: Needs
Garza has been solid at center this year and Williams has been pretty good at LG, so I’d say our O-Line, while not spectacular, is much improved from last year. I’d like to see some additional depth so that Gate 68 never has to play again.
As far as WR’s go, I’d be fine with Bennett, Knox, Hester, Sanzenbacher and someone new. A guy that is a big red zone target. Williams is not that guy, no matter what he’s done the last few weeks. He still drops too many balls to be considered a top WR. Sanzenbacher will improve with time and looks like a good slot guy. Knox, for all the slips and drops, has been improved this year. He actually fights for balls that he normally wouldn’t have. If he can improve his footwork a bit, he’d be a nice complimentary receiver.

I'm liking Sam Hurd on the roster as well.
As long as REW is gone, I has a happy.
why? he has a tiny contract and has caught more passes than knox and dropped less

Chris Williams is a Good O-Lineman.
Williams does some great Run Blocking and he is always the first guy to help you up if your on the ground. When Roy Williams is hot he is a pretty good WR but he does drop a lot of Balls and some of the balls he drops are ridiculously easy to catch. Sanzenbacher will be a Great Receiver. He looks exactly the same as Earl Bennett. He runs great Routes and has great hands.
Ummmm....

I’m pretty sure that Sanzendiddle has more drops on the team than anyone else, including Roy Williams. While he does run decent routes he does NOT resemble Earl Bennett in any way, especially since Earl Bennett does not drop passes.

I'm willing to cut the guy some slack this year, though.
Coming in as an UFA is tough, that he was as ready as he was is a testament to him and the coaches. That said, he isn’t quite ready for prime time just yet. Let’s see how he does in year 2. Also, the only thing that makes him resemble EB is the fact that he wears a Bears uniform. Now if he was wearing orange cleats….

Or caught everything that was thrown his way..... But seriously I do like the kid but he is nowhere near the best receiver on this team and some people act like he is.
I’m not saying you or DaBears33 act that way but it’s kind of like the whole Caleb Hanie hype. At the moment that’s all it is…. Hype! He may get way better or he may not. We will have to wait and see.

I never said he was the best Receiver.
Maybe saying the Best is over dramatic because he is a UDFA and he’s dropped balls. I do not think Sanzenbacher will ever become the next Randy Moss or anyone like him. In another 2 or 3 years he could be capable to become a Starter. Caleb Hanie isn’t as good as people are making him out to be. But he will improve himself from the mistakes he made against the Raiders.
I hope we don't have to wait too long to see Hanie get better. We don't have the time.

And . . .
Sanzenbacher does not wear orange shoes!!!

I have nothing to add.
So I will merely criticize DaBears33 highly Unusual usage Of Capitalized leTTers.
Im trying to work on that.
Ive always done that for some reason and no one has ever noticed that I do that. It’s a nasty habit.
I'm sure people have noticed . . .
They are JusT Too pOlite to SAy AnytHinG!
"Who would win a fight: Ditka vs. God?" "Ditka by 7!"
I probably only noticed because....
I used to have the exact same habit back in Jr. High. For some reason I capitalized words as a way to emphasize certain things. Crazy how the mind works. haha
nice post!
Bears and Chaos
Up here in Packerland, I refer to the Bears’ chaos as “Muck and Muddle.” Outside of the ‘85 Bears, the Bears never have a glamorous squad, and one is always certain the Bears’ opponent will triumph. The Bears, though, regardless of opponent, can muck and muddle nearly any contest; a pick here, a sack there, a long kick return, a Forte screen pass, and suddenly the opponent has lost by four. I never take the Bears lightly because of this ability to scramble the opponent and game flow enough to take the game to the wire for a narrow loss or a win. Muck and Muddle.
