Guys, I don't know what to say. Five weeks ago I thought Denver was a 3-4 win team, and five weeks ago the Bears WERE a super bowl conteder. I am sorry about Forte, the best all-purpose back in the NFL, If you saw Sunday's game at Minn, it was unbelieveable from a Broncos fan'sviewpoint. The key to the game is, "Can your Defense not only get turnovers but get points off them?
Yes the Bears scare me, but your QB play so far could be better. Two of Hanie's three interceptions were not his fault. Your trouble is, it's Martz's fault for not adjusting to Hanie. His strong points are he is a good bootleg guy with a screen/west coast-type offense. This game will be close, but Denver is on fire right now. I know they are 7-5 but if Tebow throws well on your D then he can beat any team, any time. Denver is a better road team so the Bears are getting a break there but no Forte, the number two best back in the NFL, means you have to play flawlessly to win.
Some of ypu might laugh or disagree with me, but if Denver can get in the playoffs and develop a passing game in the playoffs, they can go all the way. Denver right now reminds me of the 01 Pats. If Denver wins the next two games, WATCH OUT AFC.
btw Cutler is having a great year.
