Could Schedule Dictate Bears Draft?

You are frequently hearing or reading about draft strategies.  Do you draft best person at a position of need or the best player available period?  I'd never considered that an upcoming schedule could affect the way a team drafts.

And while Brian Billick, isn't saying specifically that the Bears are going to draft a cornerback at any particular place, he does point out that along with having to face Aaron Rodgers twice, the Bears out of division schedule includes games versus Matt Ryan, Drew Bress, Michael Vick, Philip Rivers, and Matt Cassell.

Let's make this a three parter.  a) Do you think a team ever considers their upcoming schedule in terms of the draft? b) What do you thing about the Bears current secondary situation?
