Are there 37 safeties better than Chicago's Chris Harris?

Someone explain to me how a guy that was named 2nd team All Pro can't get mentioned with the top 30 safeties in the game today.  Not only was Chris Harris left off Pat Kirwan's top 30 list, but he wasn't even mentioned among the 7 others he listed as ones to keep an eye on.

Kirwan, of NFL.com, has been listing out the players in the NFL on a position by position basis, and grouping them with 5 players of similar ability.  He tabbed the Bears Danieal Manning as a player to keep an eye on, but the lone Bears secondary member to make an All Pro team was snubbed.  I'm not saying The Hitman should have been in a top group, but to leave him off completely is ludicrous.
