1) Keep discussion civil in reply threads and article posting. 

2) Attempt to correct any and all jackassery, through polite means before requesting to have the aforementioned jackass shotput into orbit with a swing of the banhammer.

3) Recognize that this is a Chicago Bears site and as such, expect the appropriate inflation/deflation of players on the Bears/other teams and coaches on other teams/the Bears.

4) Understand that what brings us here is the joy of football, and all team grudges should be left on the field where they belong.

5) Hold Ditka above all things, except possibly Walter Payton.
