From SBNation:
After nearly five months, the NFL lockout is over. NFLPA spokesman George Atallah tweeted out two words that mean so much to football fans everywhere:

This is wrong, the only two people who should be pictured with the word "excellent" are Wayne Cambell and Garth Algar.
The word “excellent” shall then be followed by “party on”. Somebody get to work on this, I can’t do it on my phone

Am I too pouty to be a regular blogger
"Word of advice, don’t join, Bears fans are crazy."--- D-Jackfan10
Have to check with my friends, Trent Dilfer and Tim Hasselbeck...
TD: I tell ya what, ThorCo is quite possibly the worst blogger I’ve ever seen. He has horrible posting mechanics, and when he is shown wrong, he always comes back to the sideline and pouts about it. He never works with the other bloggers on how to improve their posting; he clearly doesn’t have the leadership qualities to lead a blogging community.
TH: Exactly right, Trent. The reports out that this ThorCo had a baby, patently false. First off, he’s just way too pouty to get anyone to have a one-night stand, much less a wife or girlfriend. Second, he’s proven he doesn’t have the leadership to lead a blog, much less a kid. He’s just using it as a convenient excuse – someone said something about him he didn’t like and that was his excuse for not being around for a while while being upset by that comment. Any time he says he’s watching the kid, he’s off to whine and cry and pout. He blogs like… well, like you led the Ravens to the Super Bowl.
TD: … I did lead the Ravens to the Super Bowl.
TH: … Anyway. Yeah, this guy totally can’t take a blog to full respectability like he’s being paid to do.
TD: Absolutely correct. Why, if someone said something I didn’t like, I’d keep right on going!
TH: It’s a wonder those guys like Steven Schweickert, Dane Noble, Lester Wiltfong, and the rest of them can even tolerate this guy. I mean, he’s supposed to be their star commentor, and he’s rapidly falling to the wayside to guys like Ditkavsworld, suckmyditka, and Erik Christopher Duerrwaytoolonglastname. If I were them, I’d’ve benched his ass yesterday.
TW (Trey Wingo): But doesn’t he not have the protection like some of those other bloggers out there, like —
TD: It doesn’t matter, Trey. This ThorCo should be able to perform under any circumstance. If he wants to leave a game with a minor injury, it’s his call, but he is a total copout of a blogger and I have zero respect for him.

Naw not good enough
That is just another random report that ESPN printed out. It ain’t gonna happen IMO we already have Hester and Knox and our coaches surprisingly enough have stated they want someone that fits our system. And we drafted a guy Martz liked in Enderle so no dice amigo.
The only plausible reason as to even look at Brad Smith is if we are trading Devin Hester, and that ain’t happening as well. It’s just gonna be like what happened to the whole “Brett Favre to Philly” stunt that it’s just a bunch of smoke that has no fire to it.

and thought to myself …only JA would go after the worst FA receiver on the Jets
Kinda also doubt the Jets will let him go as well
Whomever they can’t bring back they will keep the other and sign Brad Smith to a small contract.

But i do want some power tho
"I see PRIDE, I see POWER, I see a BADASS MOTHA WHO WON'T TAKE NO CRAP OFF NOBODY!"
Sad to see go...
but bound to happen with last year’s numbers and age. Hope we get someone good and we’re not kicking ourselves by Week 6 for cutting him.
If its free, take two.
Whats this i read about the Bears interested in Brad Smith
Fuck That Oline and Either Rice or Holmes
I'd say Angelo was throwing others off the trail...
but then I realized he’s a fucking idiot. Maybe he’ll bring in Gallery to play tackle, too.
If its free, take two.
Well I just found out Carl Nicks has only 3 years under his belt, and thus a RFA
So I apologize for the bandwagon I started, wasn’t sure that he was so young in the first place

Well there will be equally good players on the market
And more will come when cuts get under way. Players such as Brian Waters and Shawn Andrews might become available, and Justin Blalock is a definite go in FA as well as Davin Joseph and Harvey Dahl, in addition to Deuce Lutui. Any one or mid of those guys would make me happy. Bottom line is that we need good Guards, and there shall be good ones available.
