That's what it's about -- not blending in, making a few big plays for people to take notice."

He's not saying he's unimpressed

he’s saying that Steltz always makes plays in training camp, but he know that he disappears in the regular season, so he’s not going to get overly excited yet. He’s saying Steltz made the coaching staff notice him and that’s what the preseason is for
