The hold was around the 30 and the ref who saw it was at the 2 yard line.
He threw the flag in that direction but it only made it to the 19.

Horrific call aside
My favorite bit of this play is how much ground (and how quickly) Devin covers to get up to Knox to block.
Knox can fly, thats why he got drafted… but for Devin to run him down like that is cray-zee.
