Loved it but...

In the NFL today he be called dirty. He’d been flagged for most of those hits. And Goodell would be hoping to keep him off the field by any means necessary.

Is is just an urban myth...

or is my memory correct in thinking that the NFL implemented the anti-spearing rule in response to Plank’s consistently driving the top of his head into prone offensive players.
