I haven't been here in a while, but I thought I'd come back. I wonder if any of you remember me from that interview I did with Matt Suhey. My name is Max Strauss, and I am a high school senior, and I work really hard trying to interview various NFL players. I had the chance to interview J.T. It's hard to say given the fact he's been on IR all season

I would like to see him compete for the strongside LB spot, but it’s hard to say as of now. I’m interested to see what he and Jabara Williams do during offseason workouts.

I think the IR was done more with the "redshirt " intention,

rather than caused by a significant injury. They did the same thing with Henry Melton.

Agreed

I don’t remember seeing him getting hurt in a preseason game or hearing about him getting hurt in practice. He just kinda showed up on the injury report one day, then a day or two later was put on IR

I watched tape of him in college

And I had to say I was rather impressed by his play. I can’t say much about his immediate future, given such a small sample during the preseason which included a pair of starts, but he certainly has potential.

Jay Cutler is our QB, and I for one am proud of that

Definitely, it'll be interesting,

I think he has potential too, he might have been a steal in the late rounds.
Especially if he was practicing with the ones in preseason before he got hurt.
