Getting the Max out of some of these younger

players is a must. They know what they are up against. Everything is predicated on this search for a GM My choice would be Ross from the Giants mainly because they don't miss many play offs and there player are smart and fun to be around them. I like that, it's loose good place to learn.or be taught

Here are the players I'm looking at.

1) DE Whitney Mercilus- Illinois

2) WR Marvin McNutt-Iowa

3) OT Matt McCants- UAB

3) OLB Keenan Robinson- Texas

4) CB Jamell Fleming - Oklahoma

5) QB BJ Coleman - Tenn.Chatt.

6) SS Sean Cattouse - California

7) OT Josh Oglesby - Wisconsin

That seems like a solid list

But, Marc Ross is not one of the two candidates left for the Bears’ GM search. It is now down to Emery and Licht.
