Bears rookie WR Alshon Jeffery leaves game after injuring his hand on TD grab.

Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Alshon Jeffery caught a touchdown pass from Jay Cutler in the 4th quarter, but it was not without consequence. Jeffery immediately ran to the sideline to get looked at by the trainers, and was then ushered into the locker room for evaluation on his hand. He will not return this afternoon.

Jeffery impressed during training camp, and has shown enough potential on the practice field to warrant steady playing time this season. So far, he has yet to have a breakout game, but with a skill set similar to Brandon Marshall, it won't be long.

Alshon Jeffery leaves this game with 2 catches for 20 yards, and the one TD. Bears up 20-3 in the 4th quarter.

Other offensive stats:

Jay Cutler: 21/37, 229 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

Brandon Marshall: 11 catches, 120 yards

Matt Forte: 15 rushes, 66 yards / 2 receptions, 20 yards
