Nothing worked on either side of the ball, and everything was awful.

Question (for not the first time in the last three years): Is Jay Cutler the Bears most valuable player? A decent argument could be made of the affirmative.

Nothing tonight worked for Jason Campbell and the Bears offense, but Colin Kaepernick had a decent outing in a supporting role for the San Francisco 49ers. Final score: Niners: 32- Bears 7.

Was Lovie Smith outcoached? Was the defense finally exposed? Has this team been relying on miracles too often just like their 2006 bretheren?

We still have a few weeks to go this season, and Jay Cutler should be back ASAP, but good lord this team looked awful tonight.

For you to consider:

1- What needs to change offensively for the Bears to make a push?

2- Defensively?

3- Is our coaching staff aligned the way it should be?

4- After the last two weeks, how do you see the NFC North ending up after 16 games?

Tough loss tonight, and lots to recap tomorrow, but for right now, what are your thoughts?
