Happy Thanksgiving! If you've got the food, we've got your football coverage!
On behalf of the entire WCG team, Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families! We are truly thankful for having the absolute best Chicago Bears community on the entire planet, and hope you will join us today for all your festivities!
We've got three games on the docket today:
Houston Texans vs Detroit Lions (12:30pm, CBS)
The 9-1 Texans will travel to Ford Field in hopes of putting one final nail in the coffin of the disappointing 4-6 Lions. While the NFC North is anything but worked out, this would at least allow the Packers, Bears, and Vikings to focus on each other exclusively for the rest of the season.
Washington Redskins vs Dallas Cowboys (4:25pm ET, FOX)
Both teams have a little bit of momentum, as the 5-5 Cowboys have won two straight, and the 4-6 Redskins are coming off a 31-6 domination of the Philadelphia Eagles. This game will have significant implications in the NFC East, with theNew York Giants sitting at the top (for now) at 6-4.
New England Patriots vs New York Jets (8:20pm, NBC)
In the AFC East, there are the 7-3 Patriots, and then everyone else. The Jets, Bils, and Dolphins all sit at 4-6, so this is an absolute crucial game for Rex Ryan if he has any aspirations of a 2012 postseason. Our Magic 8 Ball says it's unlikely that the Jets pull off the upset, but we all know anything can happen...
