The Bears offensive linemen are falling like flies...
The Chicago Bears offesne was rolling right along in the first half, with Jay Cutler completing 80% of his passes for the first time in his career. However, in the 3rd quarter, Cutler over-threw WR Brandon Marshall, and the ball was intercepted by the Vikings.
Lance Louis pursued the play, and was absolutely demolished by a leaping Jared Allen... The Bears most-consistent offensive lineman of the 2012 season had to leave the game to be evaluated.
Something tells me that Jared Allen will have a nice little payroll deduction for that hit.
The Bears have already lost Devin Hester to a concussion, and Chris Spencer was previously shaken up. After Chilo Rachal was placed on the Reserve/Not Injured list, Gabe Carimi will get more action in this game.
The Bears offense is still rolling along, and the Cutler-to-Marshall connection is still dialed up. The Bears lead 25-10, and hope to keep pace with the NFC North-leading Green Bay Packers.
Stay tuned...
