The theroy here is that the Chiefs are gonna make a strong push at Stanford Routt so they can let Brandon Carr walk in order to franchise Dwayne Bowe . Lets hope Routt signs elsewhere ......

Well that's a big IF I would think. The Cowboys are desperate for help in the secondary and they have more money to give and a team that can be competitive.
But irregardless of where Routt ends up I think the Chiefs will let Carr walk.
