There has been so much talk on which receivers the
Bears will target in FA and the possibility of adding two playmakers has been thrown around as well. But there has been one scenario that everyone would love to see but hate to see at the same time. and as unlikely that it may have seen before, its looking like a stronger possibility by the day.
That scenario Im talking about? Trading up for Blackmon/Trading down into the late first, early second round to stock picks. With the new headlines being that Bowe is going to be tagged and Manningham following his coach to Tampa Bay, There are 2 more solid options most likely gone. And to get V Jackson at this point looks like it would take a whole lot of money that we may or may not have. So what about drafting Floyd or Sanu at 19? Floyd's stock is on the rise after his 40 time and performance at the combine. He may be out of reach. Sanu looked okay but Im not sure if it was enough to grab him at 19. So that leaves us with only about 3-4 options left.
1. Sign any of the following free agents.
V-jax
Colston
Meachem
2. Trade up to get Blackmon or maybe even Floyd.
3. Trade down and stock picks and hope that a few mid round receivers will come through.
So thats it, what do you guys think?
