Free agency continues for the very busy Bears as they lock up another one of their own. Kellen Davis will get another crack at the starting tight end spot as he signs back with the Bears for a two-year stint.
Davis struggled in the Mike Martz scheme notorious for not using tight ends as receivers, but still led the team with five touchdown catches (in only 18 catches on the year). Maybe in the Mike Tice offense he gets some more looks.
UPDATE: Per Pro Football Talk, Davis gets $6 million over 2 years, $2.7 million signing bonus.
