Vikings sign Jerome Simpson to 1 year deal

According to Jay Glazer (through Rotoworld), the Vikings got a potential #2 WR. I guess his 3 game suspension wasn't that big of a deal to them. A question I'm wondering: Why haven't I seen anyone on WCG asking about this guy? Is it his discipline issue? I think he would have been a #2 here easily.
