There's conflicting information on whether Irvin plays DE or OLB, but when I compared his combine stats to Urlachers they were pretty similar with the overall nod going to Urlacher. However, if the Bears are looking for young talent to infuse with their current linebackers I think Irvin has intriguing upside. Stats after the link.

I don't know anything of Irvin other than the stats that I dug up, but he seems to have the talent to excel at OLB.

What do you think? Would you draft him if available in the 2nd or 3rd round?
