2012 Draft Picks in Madden

Hello! I'm hoping to get some help here, maybe some idea's...

I'm a very casual Madden xbox360 player, pretty much always Franchise mode. I'd like to start a new franchise that includes our rookies from this draft, at least the first 4 picks worth. I can do without the lateround prospects for now.

I'd like to know if you guys know the best ways to do that?

I know a few years ago in NBA 2ksomething I was able to download rosters that impressive gamer geeks had already created with full created players with fairly accurate stats and tendencies..., but I can't seem to find that feature in Madden. If there is an option like this, please let me know...

Otherwise, I believe I have to create the players manually... so this is where it gets interesting, I know the basics about these players, I'm a pretty huge Bears geek and have read up on them. When It comes to real football talk, I can more than hold my own...but I'm not sure exactly how to give them there Madden statistical values for each metric... for example, I know Shea is a 4.63 40 time... but I don't know what that should be on the Madden scale of 100. I know that Alshon had some of the best hands of this draft class, and that he's prone to one handed, highlight style grabs, but I don't know what his "catching" and "spectacular catch" rankings should be on a scale of 100. Frankly, I don't play enough and look at the players Madden scores enough to know where to fairly rank these guys.

Has anybody done this yet? Care to share your rankings and player tendencies?

It should also be noted that I like my Bears to be good. It's not uncommon for me to go in and raise the levels of current Bears players that I like a lot. But I still like them to seem like who they really are... For example, I made Henry Melton a bit faster, I made Okoye a little stronger, I boosted Earl Bennet's catch in traffic rating... that sort of thing.

Any help or insight is appreciated!
