Bears O-Linemen, lead by Garza, putting in extra effort this offseason

I thought this would be a good article to link for the Bear's Den, but wasn't completely sure how to get it in for submission, so I'll just do this as a standalone fanpost. This article from Sean Jensen of the Sun Times shares some good insight on some extra effort many of the Bears O-Linemen are putting in this off-season:

I know the Offensive Line is one of the most talked about areas for improvement on this team. But it's comforting to see that Garza has stepped up as the leader of the group, and is trying to put in some extra effort to have them improve as a unit. I don't know how those strength and speed exercises, and reaction drills will translate on the field, but they can't be a bad thing. It's good to see they acknowledge they need to improve and are doing all they can to be prepared.

Do you think these sort of drills will help, and will this unit take a big step forward this season?
