Aug 18, 2012; Chicago, IL, USA; Chicago Bears running back Michael Bush (29) runs for a touchdown as quarterback Jay Cutler (6) celebrates n the background during the first quarter against the Washington Redskins at Soldier Field. Mandatory Credit: Dennis Wierzbicki-US PRESSWIRE
The second quarter wasn't as good as the first quarter. Starters are out after driving for a field goal, and while the defense has still been fine, the Redskins picked up a field goal themselves and then took in a punt return for a touchdown with a minute and a half left in the half. Robbie Gould added on a field goal with a few seconds left in the half.
Chris Conte left the game with a shoulder injury and Adam Podlesh was seen limping off the field after not making a tackle on the punt return touchdown - he was diagnosed with a hip strain. Also, this is your obligatory "The refs have been bad tonight" statement.
It's 20-10 Bears at the break.
