Add another name to the list of potential candidates: Packers OC Tom Clements.

If you remember a couple seasons ago, the Chicago Bears wanted to interview Packers Quarterbacks Coach Tom Clements for their open Offensive Coordinator position, but were blocked by Green Bay. Fast-forward a couple of seasons, and Clements gets promoted to Offensive Coordinator with the Packers, and he is once again on the Bears' radar.

David Haugh is reporting that, according to league sources, the Bears have requested permission to interview Clemets for their vacant Head Coach position.

Clements has long been known as a QB guru, and spent time working with Brett Favre... And even more time with Aaron Rodgers. If there is one thing Clements knows, it's how to run an aggressive passing attack.

Kevin McCauly over at Acme Packing Company notes that this could be the second straight season that the Packers lose their OC, as Joe Philbin left after the 2011 season to be the head coach of the Miami Dolphins.

Stay tuned...
