Lack of leadership on the field

With everyone being critical about the defense we have fielded this season, I would like to share with you, what I have noticed.

I do not see that firm grip, when our D is on the field, between play's.

The type of (get in here and listen up), from a team leader. Most of the time a player will hold a player responsible, and call him out when he has missed a tackle or assignment.

Or the voice of reason/concern when you have your backs against the wall, when a game starts to unravel in front of you. This type of guy grabs you by the scruff of the neck and get's you back in the game, and on the same page.

People are talking about the draft and what position Emery should pick first. I am hoping he picks up the next DeMarcus Ware type of player, who is in the mix on every down, for The Cowboy,s franchise.

A Keuchly type of linebacker, would not hurt us. Sean Lee type maybe. One who can demand that the D steps up when we fall behind.

We need a Singletary clone, ( I think). I do not get the opportunity to watch college games, and I am not aware of who is coming out and at what round they are likely to get picked, so I have to leave it to you guy's as who fits the mould, and who matches these descriptions.

Maybe you have other ideas as to who should pull on the navy and orange jersey for the Bears in 2014.

What are your thoughts? and thanks for reading
