The time is ticking away on the free agency waiting period before all hell breaks loose. NFL Free agency kicks off at 3:00 central.
If we are to believe everything floating around, then the Chicago Bears are interested in pretty much every available offensive linemen. And that's a good thing, as it shows due diligence. Jake Long and Phil Loadholt have the biggest buzz surrounding them at this time.
It could turn out to be nothing more than a smokescreen, and the Bears new coaches and scouts are content with J'Marcus Webb, James Brown, Gabe Carimi, and company, but I think the fanbase would explode if the Bears didn't sign at least one veteran offensive lineman.
The latest O-Lineman made available comes via the Pittsburgh Steelers;
#Bears pursued him under Angelo RT @gerrydulac: #Steelers expected to cut G Willie Colon and designate him for June 1 release.

And in case you missed it;
Source tells @adamjahns the #Bears are among the teams interested in OG Andy Levitre, one of the hottest UFAs. bit.ly/Y7uWhx

Here are five Chicago Bears moves I predict will take place this free agency period;
- The Bears will re-sign Brian Urlacher.
- Nick Roach will sign elsewhere.
- Israel Idonije will re-sign in Chicago.
- The Bears will sign guard Brandon Moore.
- Sebastian Vollmer will sign with the Bears.
Now it's your turn to get it on record, and give us at least five free agent related moves that you think the Chicago Bears will make.

UPDATE:
I'm hearing the #Vikings also are close to a deal with Phil Loadholt.

UPDATE:
#Bears are interested in free-agent TE Martellus Bennett, according to a league source. He's one of the top FA TEs. bit.ly/X3UIQf
