The Bears are just full of roster moves today.
The team made official the release of Jamaal Anderson and the signing of quarterback Jordan Palmer. They also signed defensive tackle Eric Foster, releasing linebacker Andrew Starks:

These moves are both probably just for the remainder of the preseason, but Palmer's a tire-kicking on a guy that may have a little to offer. Foster started 11 of his 13 games in 2008, but made only eight starts for the Colts since, 5 in 2009 and 3 in 2011 (despite playing in all 32 games in 2009 and 2010). He didn't play a down in 2012, suffering a nasty ankle injury in 2011 that cut that season short. Foster has six career sacks, 2.5 in 2009 and 3.5 in 2010.
Foster signed with the Colts in 2008 as an undrafted free agent.
