&lt;p&gt;Louis has been charged with misdemeanor assault for allegedly beating up teammate Nick Sandford, who still plays for the Aztecs. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sandford suffered a concussion, broken eardrum, and fractured cheekbone as a result of the incident.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Louis is due to be arraigned on October 23.  He faces up to a year in jail and a $10,000 fine.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
