Febearary Fever Tournament is Set - Start voting now!

Perhaps you've heard of me. I'm kind of a big deal.

After much deliberation, sleepless nights, and the occasional personal attack, the field for the Febearary Fever Tournament is set. The entire field with matchups is listed after the jump, so feel free to question the seedings or inclusion/exclusion of the tournament participants. We did end up adding "Little Bear" from author Maurice Sendak, Bart the (literal) Bear, Banjo from Banjo Kazooie, and Pedo Bear (everyone thank Kev). Hit the comments section up to tell us who you think will win or if any dark horses could emerge victorious. The first matchup is posted as well, with a frontrunner looking to move on.

NFL Offseason Dates to Remember

Navy Petty Officer Delesia Buchanan, left, and Air Force Staff Sgt. Eunique Thomas help Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman take out braids from his hair before NFC Pro Bowl football practice at Kapolei High School, Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, in Kapolei, Hawaii. Buchanan and Thomas said Tillman walked up to them asking for help to take out a few braids as they got in the way of his football helmet. (AP Photo/Marco Garcia)

Well, the Super Bowl is finished, and while the Bears weren't participating, at least neither were those cheeselovers up north (or those Clint Eastwood-backed, Eminem-loving, car-making up and comers from Detroit). So begins another offseason, full of hope and optimism - especially now that Jerry Angelo has been shown the door. Hit the jump to check out the important NFL dates to mark in your Blackberry (just kidding, unless this is 1999).

What did you enjoy most about Super Bowl XLVI?

New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin, right, hands the Vince Lombardi Trophy to quarterback Eli Manning after their 21-17 win over the New England Patriots in the NFL Super Bowl XLVI football game, Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, in Indianapolis. (AP Photo/David J. Phillip)

The Super Bowl is more than a game to many people. Some watch for the commercials. Some are way into the halftime show. And some really do watch for the actual football being played. What category did you fall into this year?

Poll of the Day: How much Super Bowl Pregame will you watch?

Photo

NBC will be carrying the Super Bowl this year, which means Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth during the actual game and Bob Costas, Dan Patrick, Tony Dungy and a host of others for the pregame. And what a pregame it will be. With kickoff scheduled for 6:30 Eastern, the pregame coverage will start at noon with Costas reporting live from downtown Indianapolis. Are you ready for 6 and a half hours of pregame?

Poll: New Chicago Bears GM Phil Emery

Photo

This poll asks one simple question; Did you like the Phil Emery hire? We're not asking if you think he'll do a good job, or if you think he'll be a Jerry Angelo clone. Just if you liked the hire? We know it's impossible to determine if he'll be a good GM before he's made any significant moves, but based off what we now know of the mans background, do you like the hire? Feel free to discuss his the hiring at length in the comment section...

Poll: The Pro Bowl as the NFL All-Star Celebration

Photo

We'll keep it short, as it's kinda self-explanatory. Later today and tomorrow, I'll explain what I think the Pro Bowl should really do, as I don't think the current Pro Bowl does the job.

Poll
Is the Pro Bowl sufficient as the NFL's All-Star celebration?
