I saw this on TV last night
those vitamin water people definitely have some of the most bizzare ads.
first the Rush...now the Bears.

No
Gatorade has a contract for all NFL events.  What an athlete endorses outside of that is up to them.

Typically, yes...
I remember when Sharpe and others had to drop EAS because they were still making ephedrine after the NFL had banned it. I loved ephedrine.

Once it was outlawed, EAS still made it in Canada and for Int'l sale, and guys still couldn't endorse it. EAS finally saw the numbers were down too much or whatever, so they stopped making it at all. NFL'ers were allowed to endorse it again.

They just can't endorse a company that makes anything banned by the NFL.
