Looking forward to it....
I am pumped for a shot at them. Maybe we can start their record in their new stadium at 0-1. I hope so anyway, I go to school down here in Colts country and I catch too much hell for it, so lets get 'em back for what they did to us!

O YA BABY
I'm so pumped for this opening game. We need a fresh start after last year and I think a win v. Indy would help lead this team in the right direction.

(plus it'll be nice to maybe see a full healthy team before Mike Brown, Dusty, Bradley or Tommie get injured like they seem to do in the season)

Go Bears!

Don't think so
As much as I want revenge. Come on guys, we still have Turner making the run, run, pass offensive calls. The only way to get back to winning is to be creative on offense and UTILIZE your talent. With a good or decent line we should be able to run two tight-end formations all day and keep the defense guessing. But thta's all a dream, we will "come off the bus running" until we run out of gas in say the mid second quarter and try to pass the rest of the game on a aggresive defense because they what we are doing. Any good OC's hanging around late in the draft?

Ye have little faith
in the Bears, they havent even entered the draft and your already counting them out. Thats not exactly the positive fanbase I want as a Bears fan, yes we had a bad year last year, BUT so doesnt everyone else that loses the Superbowl the earlier year, we'll be fine this year, trust me.

I Agree!
Did we not make the playoffs with a 4th round rookie at QB in 2005?  Yes I know we had a RB then but did we really know at the time Jones was going to be any good? I thought that year we were cooked at the start!  Someone we haven't even considered is going to step up; a RB, WR, OL, out of nowhere that fills the void; happens all the time.  We still have the defense and the special teams, stay with winning two out of three aspects of the game and we'll be fine.

By the way, what about the draft pick we're suppose to get for Griese, is that still happening?

man
the thought of these guys playing right now is not a pleasant one. not a good team built so far.

Well
good thing they don't play now.  A lot of changes could/will happen between now and the opener, the first game of Kyle Orton's MVP year.

imagine this
If our d comes out and dominates manning, it would spring board some swagger back in this franchise.

Thats going to be quite a stage for which ever qb comes through training camp.wouldnt you think madden and michaels would have their rex notes ready...... haters.

Rex is going to go up to his hometown and get a w.....

Compensatory picks
NFL JUST ANNOUNCED THAT WE GET 3 IN THE SEVENTH ROUND. THAT WILL HELP WITH THE 4 THAT WE HAVE IN THE FIRST 90 PICKS. SO HOW MANY DO WE HAVE ALL TOGETHER?

by SuperBowlXX on Mar 31, 2008 2:45 PM CDT reply reply actions actions   0 recs

11
That's 3 offensive linemen, 2 running backs, 3 receivers, a quarterback, a safety, and a defensive tackle.
