As Seth McClung says himself: "For the first 18 years of my life, I took from the community; I took all the experiences and life lessons that it had to offer. For the past 8 years I have been active in helping the community, doing things in and outside our state of West Virginia. With this program, I will bring most of my attention back home. [...] One of my goals is to help kids who have a chance to play at the next level, but it is my priority to impact each child who wears the West Virginia Rush jersey in a positive way."
McClung runs a Holiday Baseball Academy during the offseason. This year's version takes place on December 23 at Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley, West Virginia. For pictures of McClung and Rush events or more information on what they do, check out the WV Rush website (with music!).
