The great George Halas retired as head coach of the Chicago Bears after the 1967 season. Since then, Mike Ditka is the only head coach to leave the position with a winning record. Can Lovie Smith sustain his somewhat winning ways, or will he fall pray to "The Halas Hangover?"

I don't see a quick end to the search for a new Bears offensive coordinator, so why not add a new name for consideration. Mike Shula.
