Word is rookie safety Chris Harris could be out a few games.
Rookie free safety Chris Harris is expected to be the Bears' first defensive starter to miss a game because of injury this season.
Harris could be sidelined up to two weeks with a sprained medial collateral ligament in his right knee, a source close to the player said Monday evening, but the Bears are calling it "day-to-day,'' given the super healing powers displayed by running back Thomas Jones while coming back from a knee sprain earlier this season.
Obviously, you don't want to mess with a good thing, but we do have Green on the bench who should be able to do a decent job filling in.
