From Fanball.com:
Bears
Middle linebacker Brian Urlacher (finger) and cornerback Nathan Vasher (knee) did not practice on Wednesday, the Bears' official website reports. Both are probable and expect to play.
Wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad, who has not appeared on the injury report since October 2003, is probable for week 14 with a hand injury. Moose is expected to play, according to the team's official website, but he did miss practice on Wednesday.
With starting safety Chris Harris out with a sprained knee, the Bears will use Todd Johnson with the first unit instead of veteran Mike Green, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. Green began the season as the starter before being supplanted by the rookie Harris.
Lions
Lions wide receiver Charles Rogers hasn't been active the last two games and he isn't happy about it. "By sitting me, what have we gained?" Rogers asked the Detroit News on Wednesday. "Nothing. By dressing me, by me playing, nothing can get really worse." In related news, head coach Dick Jauron said he does not plan to use Rogers on Sunday night against the Packers.
Lions running back Kevin Jones practiced on Wednesday and is no longer listed on the injury report. "He's not on our list right now, and hopefully he'll stay off it," interim head coach Dick Jauron told the Detroit Free Press. Jones has been nursing a quadriceps injury.
Packers
Bubba Franks was unable to participate in Packers' practice on Thursday because of his neck and back injuries, and the tight end remains doubtful for Sunday night's game against the Lions, according to the team's website.
Ahman Green wants to remain a Packer. The veteran running back said Wednesday that he is willing to sign a short-term contract if it will increase the odds of him remaining in Green Bay. "If I had to take a short deal to prove my worth, I'll do it," Green told the Associated Press on Wednesday. "If they take a long-term deal and finish me off, that would be ideal." Green will be a free agent at the end of the season.
Vikings
Vikings running back Mewelde Moore suffered a right quad contusion during Thursday's practice and was not able to finish the session, according to KFAN.com, the website of the team's flagship radio station. He is listed as probable on the team's latest injury report.
Vikings defensive tackle Kevin Williams is listed as doubtful on the injury report for Sunday's game against the Rams. Although head coach Mike Tice hasn't ruled out the possibility of Williams playing, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports that Williams is expected to miss his second straight game with a sprained MCL in his right knee.
Vikings running back Onterrio Smith spoke to the media for the first time since he was issued a one-year suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy. "Right now, I won't say (football is) the last thing on my mind," Smith told the St. Paul Pioneer Press. "But it's in the back of my mind. I have a ways to go before reinstatement. I'm just focusing and educating myself to the rehabilitation program and getting in shape." Smith will be eligible to apply for reinstatement after the season.
