Offensive Coordinator Ron Turner is stepping up to take his fair share of the blame for Grossman's performance.
"I told Rex afterwards, 'You played bad; I coached bad,'" Turner said. "I told him, 'I have to help you more, whether it's preparing you during the week, calls during the game, whatever it is. When you play well, I like to think I'm part of that.' And when he plays bad, I'm a big part of that too."
If this was any other QB, I might think they are just trying to deflect a little of the criticism from Grossman and ease his mind a little, but I get the feeling that isn't needed with Grossman. It strikes me that he has already forgotten about it.
Turner also handed two of Grossman's interceptions off on poor or improper routes run by the receivers.
