This one is a bit confusing. The Bears, more specifically Coach Smith, has said that Tank Johnson will not play Sunder versus the Buccaneers. The problem arises with this:
Coach Lovie Smith said he wasn't punishing Johnson but was picking the players who give the NFC North champion Bears the best chance to win.
Ummm, not to be the bearer of bad news, but we are a little low on the defensive line right now, maybe the wrong time to be deactivating a guy. I am now curious who is so important to this team that they earned a spot over Tank. With Tommie Harris already out Tank seems to be a big part in filling the void.
